eligibility & process
condition of return
All artisanal mirrors must be returned in their original, crate-stabilised packaging. Every piece must be certified free of installation marks, adhesive residue, or surface micro-scratches to preserve the sculptural integrity and high-grade clarify glass.
studio assessment
Upon arrival at our finishing studio after a 14-day return window, each piece undergoes a meticulous archival assessment. We certify the structural integrity of both the architectural frame and the hand-beaten metal elements before clearing any exchange or refund.
processing timeframes
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original white-glove shipping and installation fees are non-refundable, as they constitute a completed service delivered at the point of initial collection.
01. bespoke orders
Pieces created to individual dimensions, specific material requests, or curated finishes are considered final upon commencement of production. These artisanal items are unique to your space and are non-refundable.
02. final sale
Items marked as 'Final Sale', 'Clearance', or purchased using limited-time promotional codes are offered as-is. These products represent extraordinary value and are ineligible for returns, credits, or exchanges.
03. service fees
Charges associated with professional white-glove delivery, installation, or architectural consultation are non-refundable once the service has been performed or if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment.
