damaged item
every mirror at avielle is carefully inspected and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. in the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, we are here to assist.we strongly recommend inspecting your item carefully upon delivery and before signing the transport documentation. avielle does not provide refunds for change of mind.
next steps
if your item appears damaged please: inform the delivery driver immediately, and notify avielle within 48 hours of receiving the item by email. when contacting us, please include: clear photos of the damage to both the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
once we receive your details, our team will assess the damage and advise on the next steps for returning the item to our warehouse. a replacement will then be arranged as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. to ensure safe return transit, all items must be securely packed in their original packaging.
please note, a 20% restocking fee may apply if goods are returned without original packaging or not in original condition. avielle cannot offer a refund or replacement for products that, in our reasonable opinion, have been damaged due to incorrect handling, storage, or installation after delivery.
