We offer Australia-wide delivery on all mirrors, with each piece carefully dispatched from our supplier warehouses using trusted freight partners to ensure safe handling and secure delivery.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 5 business days from the warehouse. Please allow additional transit time depending on your location and selected freight carrier.
logistics + timing
pre order items – Please allow approximately 10-12 weeks for delivery to your home. This timeframe may vary depending on the product.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, all original specialised protective packaging and crating must be retained.
premium installation service
For all Sydney clients, professional mirror installation is available from $150 per mirror.
This service includes secure installation in your desired location and removal of all packaging for a seamless delivery experience.
For Perth and other interstate locations, installation can be arranged on request.
secure monitoring
upon dispatch, you will receive personalized tracking details to monitor your delivery. Our logistics team ensures each piece is handled with care as it travels to your location.

If your selection is not perfectly suited to your space, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for approved returns.
To ensure a smooth return process, please note:
• Items must remain in their original protective packaging and specialised crating
• Mirrors must be in pristine, unused condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
Upon delivery, a direct signature is required to confirm the item has arrived in pristine condition. If there are any concerns regarding transit damage, this must be noted with us immediately and reported to info@avielle.com.au as soon as possible so we can assist with a priority resolution.
